What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a cancellation or change within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at be.nirvastra@gmail.com. Once the order goes into printing, we cannot cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment methods, including:
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we charge a small convenience fee of ₹ 50 for COD orders. To avoid this fee, we recommend paying online via UPI or Card.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with a tracking link (AWB number). You can use this link to see live updates on your shipment.
